| Description |
Should have experience of at least 3 years in Pro/ENGINEER and an overall experience of 6 years in the area of mechanical design. Will be the lead for
independent projects and in the role will be responsible to co-ordinate with a team of design engineers to execute and deliver project work effectively.

The Project Lead will be closely involved with project execution teams and take initiative for independent project responsibility. Participate in developing
effective processes for design project execution and cross-functional teams. Participate in company's internal development projects. Will be involved with the
mentoring and development of trainee engineers to gain proficiency in design and process

| Experience |
- Should have an overall experience of 6 years and at least 3+ years of experience working in Pro/ENGINEER CAD tool
- Must have working knowledge of design with sheet metal or castings and/or plastics
- Have a good knowledge of manufacturing processes in relation to DFM
- Knowledge of other CAD software’s such as CATIA, UG-NX, SolidWorks is an added asset but is not necessary

Should have an overall experience of at least 10 years in core manufacturing areas such as sheet metal, casting and/or plastics. Will lead Zuti’s initiative in
product-process integration and facilitate prototype and manufacturing engineering development. In this role, will be responsible to co-ordinate DFM, DFA
initiatives and mentor and develop engineers in these disciplines.

| Responsibilities |
The Team Leader will be closely involved with product development teams and provide guidance in DFM, DFA and product-process integration. Will co-ordinate
activities to develop product prototyping for testing and production feasibility study within Zuti and external vendors. Participate in cross-functional internal
development projects. Will be involved with the mentoring and development of trainee engineers to gain proficiency in manufacturing and production processes.

Will undergo Zuti’s structured training and mentoring programme in CAE. As part of the training, will be trained in Finite Element (MBD/CFD) modelling and analysis tools and exposed to industry best practices. After successful completion of the training, will be assigned to project teams working under close supervision of expert team members working in functionally focused areas i.e., Durability, NVH, Impact, Thermal and Design Optimization.

- Will undergo training and mentoring for 6 months
- On the projects, will be engaged with problem background research, hand calculations and co-ordinate with expert team members to close knowledge gaps to effectively complete projects.
- Perform FE modelling and analysis using software’s such as HyperMesh, Radioss, OptiStruct, Nastran, Abaqus, LS-Dyna etc.

Exposure to static analysis (linear and non-linear) or dynamics is desired. Experience in HyperMesh is an added advantage. The engineer will undergo initial training and mentoring to supplement tool knowledge and exposure to functional domain areas.

As part of its Industry-Academic interaction programme, Zuti provides a limited number of internships to motivated engineering students to accomplish their project work in an industry setting. The interns are chosen based on their academic credentials and an aptitude test.
As part of the project internship, will work in the areas of simulation-based product design, design optimization, design process automation and manufacturing engineering. Will accomplish ME project internship under the close guidance of Zuti's experts in simulation and product design.

- Work on a project focused on Zuti’s technical areas of interest and in tune with academic requirements
- The project should last between 9-12 months and the student should be full-time

- The student should have completed all the relevant course work
- Should have strong engineering fundamentals
- Programming skills in Fortran, C/C++, Java are an added advantage
